Now that the Red Cross is finally giving me an opportunity to deploy, I can't take it because I'm up to my eyeballs in YMCA winter safety presentations. And wow, I have 5 presentations this week, 6 next week, and 4 the week after that. I only hope I can get some of those covered.

Maybe I can go after B&A on March 5th if I recruit more volunteers for the presentations...

Actually, Americorps WANTS me to go. Judy even said it's okay if I wait until after B&A so I can get in my spring racing. After all, if I'm in the DSHR system, who knows what will happen with fall races-hurricane season does pretty much coincide with the peak of fall training.

Like I've been saying, I might have to switch my focus to spring marathons if I want to run any kind of a quality race.

I'm with you all the way. Like we've talked about, I'm not going anywhere, so I'll be here when you get back, and I may even see if I can take you away for a few days when you get back for a much-deserved beach trip. :-) Maybe Key West...
