I figured 8 hours a day of gutting houses in that heat was going to be exercise enough. Plus, I packed my running shoes last time and all they did was take up space because it's not like I had extra time to run.
There is heat and then there is HEAT. What we have right now deserves extra-capital letters. I'm still running, but I'll wait until 9:30 or so.
