This doesn't feel like Easter

Being away from home on Easter stinks. I've gotten so little sleep the past few days that I decided to take a nap this afternoon, not even considering that I might be so tired I would sleep through the end of dinner in the caf at 7 pm. Now what am I going to eat? Cereal? Old mac and cheese? That just doesn't seem right on Easter.
Maybe my family will celebrate Easter again when I get home. Maybe we can go out for Easter dinner after we see The Passion (again). Other than church this morning with Emily and her parents, today has been just like any other Sunday. I don't like it all. Easter is supposed to be special. Maybe I should have just gone to a Christian college so I would have gotten a break, maybe I should have just stayed close to home. Being away from your family on major holidays is overrated.
Okay, off to the convenience store for more cereal.
