I'm actually enjoying my summer job-well, enjoying it as much as one can enjoy putting away business shirts and casual pants for 8 1/2 hours. Even overtime was okay, especially since that could be my ticket to Greece next summer. St. Mary's is sponsoring a study tour to Greece next summer, complete with tours of the Olympic stadium and lessons in Greek. All I need now is $4000. No sweat. just lots of overtime. :-)
Solid run last night-6 miles plus some speed repeats. It was really warm and humid though-like running through a cloud. But give me warm and humid over cold and windy any day. And bring on the 3 mile trail run next weekend! (I was going to post results from the 2 mile track run last week, but they're not posted. Oh well.)
Goodnight for now. I'm looking forward to sleeping in after 6:15 tomorrow.

I'll (probably) be over there the fall after you go

Thats awesome. Theres a guy up here in Highland Falls from Greece. He owns Andy's, which is by far the best diner type restaurant in the area. He's always saying stuff to his family in Greek and all; I wish I could understand him sometimes...If y'all ever come up here, Andy's is the place to go, but you have to get there in the morning cuz they don't do afternoons.

I had a feeling you'd have something to say about me going to Greece. I'll come to you when I need help with my Greek lessons before I go. :-)

Sure, we'll come up and go eat at Andy's. Maybe next spring after my Greek lessons and I'll actually be able to tell you some of what he's saying to his family. :-) Or maybe this summer, seeing as you're not going to be home for nearly long enough...we still might need to come up for a visit. (No promises, though-I'm saying this before I talk to Mom and Dad.)

I don't know how much good it would do you to come up after I come back. I'll be out in the field or at Ft Knox most of the time...might have to wait until 1st semester starts. In other news, I've joined you on Runner's World :-)
