Nov. 22nd, 2005 11:14 amIs there anything more infuriating than to drive up to the only $1.99 gas station in town only to find out that they're out of 87 and 89 and you have to get the $2.11 93, then have the gas truck show up just as you finish up pumping? Never mind that that I thought I was coasting in on fumes only to find out that I had close to another gallon in the tank, meaning I could have waited until after work to fill up and not have been late.
It's only another $1.20, but that combined with the fact that I was 15 minutes late and it was 40* and raining did not make for a good start to the day.
Okay, I'm better now.
