You sure are upbeat. Deprive me of my happiness, why don't you. I wouldn't give up the sunshine and palm trees for anything, especially winter. Snow is overrated-try running 13.1 9:12 miles in the 1/2 marathon yesterday. I sure wouldn't be doing that up in Maryland. This place is more than palm trees and sunshine. This place is awesome, a multicultural mecca complete with awesome sunrises over the Biscayne Bay. I'll take your comment as a moment of cynicism. I don't like Miami because of some song. I love it because I've never felt as alive as I do down here right now. I am loving life right now. Don't spoil it. :-) And fyi, you don't get skin cancer just living down here. Do you really think I spend my days lying out on the beach and tanning? I'm smarter than that.
