NCR Trail Marathon

NCR Trail Marathon goes out in the mail today.  14 weeks to go.

6 hilly miles last night and 4 more tonight.  11-12 on Saturday morning.

Once I get into town, I'm heading straight for wherever I can register for the Striders, and I'm getting myself into a couple races. It's time to break out of this 4-miles-a-day, 4 days a week funk I'm in.

I'm ready to be the Road Warrior again.

You can bet I'll be at NCR, pacing you to a sub-4, if you need. And definitely along the course, cheering you on. :-)
