shout-out time
Jun. 24th, 2004 08:53 pmChris-awesome run yesterday. Sorry I'm slower than you are, and sorry I can't do 110 real pushups (almost) in a row, but fudge pops are good and are your mile-long running shoes. Hee hee. Keep me posted on how the marathon training is going, and I hope to see you on the forums.
Katie-so, when are we going to get together to exchange history books? I'm home until the end of August, with the exception of an as-yet-to-be-determined Michigan visit with my grandparents and a family vacation. Leave me a message and I'll get back to you.
Michelle-I need to give you a call, just to talk. It's going to be so wierd not to have you at St. Mary's next year. I want to hear about your job prospects, your dog, the possibility of you coming down to to sail next fall...:-) Speaking of sailing-I successfully completed my first sailboat race Tuesday night! Jibed and tacked and didn't flip over, even though the wind was kinda wierd. It was almost as cool as finishing a marathon.
Andrew-hope you get feeling better soon, and good luck with your running! Let's keep Team 6 flyin' high! (Woo hoo for coming in second this week!)
Everyone else-you live with me, so no real reason to say much. You know what I'm doing by nature of physical proximity. :-)

Helps you get to know a few people on the forum a little better, and it's great incentive to do the training you should be doing anyway. :-) I almost get dropped off the list sometimes (some of the people on the forum are really intense) :(, but with marathon training starting, I should work my way up (eventually).
Next week when the results pop up (or this week even, actually), reply and ask to be put on the waiver list.
