The cheapest flights I can find to Duluth at the end of April total $471 round-trip. If I can get it down around $400, I might be able to pull off the Outward Bound Swap-Ya, esp. seeing as the course itself doesn't cost anything. That's my last 6 vacation days there, if I get deployed through the Red Cross anyway. If I don't, then I'll use my vacation days for Lutheran Disaster Response sometime in May (before it gets too hot down there).

Now if only they'd do one of those Swap-Yas down in NC or South Florida, then I could afford it. If it were in NC, I could even drive.

That OB thing sounds awesome, and that LDR sounds like something you've been wanting to do for some time now. Either way, you're in for a great vacation. :-) And a well-deserved one, at that.
