10 miles this morning

Marathoner452 is back in business-first double-digit run in over 2 months this morning! It was a perfect morning for running, esp. along the NCR Trail. Chilly and cloudy and started raining just as we got off the trail. Met some of the NCR Trail Snails at Bagel Works afterwards, got a honey-granola bagel and some oj.

I'm back to feeling like a distance runner again, and it's a very good thing.

I'm glad I could share the run with you, as well as the rest of the weekend. :-) B & A is going to be great fun, I have no doubt. And I promise my knees will be ready for it.
