Remembering September 11th

Wow. And all that time I was sitting in the library working on calc homework and watching a movie about the French Revolution. I didn't find out what had happened until after lunch. I sat in Cole Cinema watching the news for hours until finally my friend Miriam got up and left and I did too. I went back to my room and then headed down to the waterfront to go windsurfing. Later that evening, SMCM held a student gathering on the townhouse greens and my roommate was very concerned over whether to wear a long-sleeved or 3/4 sleeved shirt and a military plane flew overhear. The world would never be the same.
This has been cathartic for me. Post your 9/11 rememberances, if you feel up to it.
