woo hoo for interval workouts!

Suffice to say that I had an awesome run this afternoon, following avehoward's advice on lactate threshold intervals. 6x1000 in an average 5:17. I'm happy because I was supposed to do them in 5:33, but a much faster pace felt easy. Guess I'm in better shape than I thought. :-)
